Missing points. How can I credit my account?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account, and it should automatically take you to the Account Information. 

If you pulled a parking ticket at the garage or created your reservation as a guest, go to your Frequent Parker account. Go into your account settings on the app or Account Overview on the web. The information from your receipt will be sufficient to successfully add the transaction. If you want to add a PreFlight Prepaid reservation to your account, please click Associate Reservation with my Account. Your prepaid reservation receipt will have the necessary information.
