How do I use my Frequent Parker card and coupon when I exit?

At ATL, ORD, and PHX you can scan your membership card to enter and exit the facility and gain access to different parking areas. At the exit, scan your card, then scan the coupon, then insert your credit card. At BOS, simply hand your card to the cashier along with payment.
