How do I scan my reservation?
At each of our access points you will be prompted to scan the bar code on your reservation. Scanning is most effective from a phone or tablet with a brightly lit screen or from a clear print out. It is best to put the device one or two inches away from the scanner. Also be advised each lane has an intercom; if you encounter difficulties an attendant will answer that intercom and can assist, including opening the gate remotely.
