You are only able to edit or cancel a reservation up to an hour prior, and are unable to edit your start time once the start time has passed.
On Web:
- Go to the PreFlight website, to the bottom of the website and select "Find My Reservation"
- To Edit or Cancel a reservation, you can either go to:
- Go to your account overview and click Manage Reservation
- Go to your reservation receipt email and select Edit or Cancel
- Go to https://www.preflightairportparking.com/reservation-edit
On App
- Go to Reservations on the home page
- Click Manage Reservations
- Click Edit or Cancel
- If you made a reservation as a Guest, select "Find Reservation by Code" and enter your phone number and the reservation code found on your confirmation email.
To Cancel: Click cancel and confirm. There is a reservation cancellation fee that varies by location.
Note: You will not be double-charged; your previous reservation will be refunded, and you will be charged separately. Editing a reservation creates a new barcode and reservation number.
Reservations using points can be edited and when you cancel your reservation your points will be refunded.
Editing a reservation is only recommended if you are shortening your stay or changing your start date. No need to edit if you are just changing the time of entry/exit or if you are staying longer.
If you edit your reservation now, you will pay the current rates, which may be higher than when you first booked. If you stay longer, you can pay the difference upon exit. If you edit your reservation, your original charge will be refunded in full and the new reservation amount will be charged.
