How can I edit or cancel my reservation? Will I be charged?

Please click the Reserve Parking tab and select your location. Click EditCancel Reservation. You will then be prompted to provide your Confirmation Number and  Last Name for the reservation.

To Cancel: Click cancel and confirm. There is a reservation cancellation fee that varies by location.

To Edit: Click edit and thenselect Edit Reservation. Next, make changes to your date and time. Then select Prepay and Save. You will see an updated confirmation on a new page. You may also need to enter payment information. If you change the parking type or length of your reservation you will be charged credited appropriately. Check the terms and conditions box. Select Create Reservation. You will not be double charged, you will be either refunded or charged the difference of the original reservation.

Note: Reservations using points cannot be edited.  Please call: 800 332 7275  or click Ask a Question in the Contact Us box in the upper right hand corner.  You also can not edit your reservation once the start time has passed.
