How can I edit or cancel my reservation? Will I be charged?

You are only able to edit or cancel a reservation up to an hour prior and unable to once the start time has passed. 

On Web:

1. Go to the PreFlight website
2. To Edit or Cancel a reservation, you can either go to:
   1. Go to the PreFlight Location page and click Edit Cancel Reservation
      1. If you do made a reservation as a guest and can not find your reservation,  you will be prompted to provide your Confirmation Number and  Phone Number for the reservation. 
   2. Go to your account overview and click Manage Reservation
   3. Go to your Parking Voucher Page and select Edit or Cancel

On App

1. Go to Reservations on the home page
2. Click Manage Reservations
3. Click Edit or Cancel
   
   
   

To Cancel: Click cancel and confirm. There is a reservation cancellation fee that varies by location.

Note: You will not be double charged, your previous reservation will be refunded, and you will be charged separately. Editing a reservation creates a new barcode and reservation number. 

Reservations using points can be edited and when you cancel your reservation your points will be refunded.
